The Harvest Project
The Harvest Project is a collaborative program with the UAF Office of Sustainability, The Georgeson Botanical Garden, and the IANRE Varieties Trials Program. The program is designed to offer an opportunity for UAF students to develop knowledge and confidence to grow their own food plants, and to grow and donate fresh produce to food distribution centers in Fairbanks.
